Food & Fitness: Nutrition

You were born knowing how to eat.  You were not born knowing how to feed yourself.  Like driving, this is a skill learned and improved upon over time.  Think of your teen and young adult years as a time for “feeding lessons.”  As you become more independent and make your own choices about what, when, and how you eat, you need information and practice to make healthy nutrition a “normal” part of your life.
